Born in 1984 in Thessaloniki, Konstantinos Pachtas, Mechanical Engineer, is a graduate of the Democritus University of Thrace and specifically of the Xanthi School of Engineering, Department of Production Engineering and Management. He is a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE) with registration number Α.Μ. 129976.

It has been the holder of licenses for mechanical and electrical installations from the Ministry of Industry since 2011, focusing mainly on hydraulic and air conditioning installations for heating and cooling as well as energy upgrading of buildings and electromechanical installations.

He has participated in energy saving projects under the Energy Saving Program as an energy consultant, researcher and installer. He has also dealt with the following areas: 

• Energy saving applications in buildings  
• Heating, air conditioning, ventilation of home and business facilities. 
• Gas installations 
• Fire safety installations 
• Εngineering services (studies, building permits, operating licenses) 
• Safety and supervising engineering services to over 300 companies and construction sites such as METRO Thessaloniki, construction of a new terminal at Macedonia Airport, construction of the new unit 5 lignite plant in SES Ptolemaida 
• Collaboration with SAFEMED – EXYPP in providing of safety engineer services to large companies, including:
